Trying to contact Citibank

I have found a flip house that the former owner has told me is now bank-owned by Citibank. It has not hit the MLS with an REO broker yet - ideally I'd like to get hold of it before they give it to a broker (probably an unlikely scenario, but it's worth trying.) I have tried calling some numbers I found on the Citibank website and have followed the phone web - without success.

Has anyone had success connecting with a department that could help me find out if it is possible to buy this property directly from Citibank?

Thanks!
