Liens with Foreclosure purchase
I am considering purchasing a condo at auction. There are two liens recorded, one for the HOA and one for a utility. The HOA lien gives the amount through April 2021. I am trying to find out how much will be owed in addition to the auction price if I am the successful bidder. Does anyone have experience with a similar situation? Thank you!
