Reading a Notice of Trustee's Sale in the newspaper

N/A N/A

Just a quick question about if I am reading this correctly. The paper says "Failure to pay when due the following amounts which are now in arrears: $7,056.92 IV. The sum owing on the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust is: The principal sum of $74,518.95 together with interest as provided in the Note from9/1/2006, and such other costs and fees as are provided by statue."

Is the $7,056.92 how much they owe in back payments? Is $74,518.95 how much they owe total?
