How can I find a deceased owners family members, to buy a home in pre foreclosure or foreclosure?

A good people search will find relatives. Findtheseller .com will give you a many page report with relatives, neighbors, neighbors at the last place they lived business associates, etc. I believe Private Eye.com will do the same.

The term is called skip tracing. A good private eye can find relatives for you also. Of course check your probate court, or search for "Orphans court" or "Registrar of Wills" your city/county.
