[CO] Redeeming property after foreclosure auction sale

Help! I do not live in CO and am not familiar with their foreclosure process. I have a seller who's home was sold at foreclosure auction on 15 June 2022. They've filed for ch13, and began that process, in an effort to stop the sale and keep the house. As I understand it, they would now in their redemption period, correct? What are the my available options in this situation, as an investor, that I can step in and help with?
