Hi everybody!

Does someone here has experience with buying assets from private selling officer? Can you tell me what are the main drawbacks I need to look out for? Currently I saw that I need to watch out for the deed and to understand what are the taxes and debts on the asset.

If someone has a few minutes for short talk about it that would be great!
