Kansas City Pre-foreclosure

Had a wholesaler reach out to me about a pre-foreclosure that goes to auction on the 10th. Not familiar with pre-foreclosures would there be a way to extend the date? Also would need a buyer in the Kansas City area on a property that ARVS around 195k and buyer would take 110k. Thanks in advance for any information!
