So last year Uncle Sam punched me in the face! Just so that it doesn't happen again...how would you go about finding a good CPA that is familiar with RE investing and what is the range that GOOD would charge. Any help is much appreciated.

Ask around at meetups and events, other investors typically have the hookup in terms of finding a good CPA, that's how I found mine in Columbus, one after another started referring me to the same guy.
