Commission for Foreclosures

I am licensed here in Omaha NE and buy and fix foreclosed property. One of the things I noticed is that banks will not pay a commission if its for yourself which is at least 1300!

I was thinking is there anyway around this? I figured what if I set up an LLC, buy a house with the LLC name, and list myself as the agent?? What I want to do I just keep myself out of trouble but getting paid every time you buy can be a lot of money over time you save.
