I have been looking at a property that has been vacant for several years, and a couple of years ago skipped traced, family, called and emailed with no avail, property taxes have been current for the last several years, come to find out from tax assessor that Well Fargo is paying the taxes, I called Wells Fargo servicing dept. and they said that it is still owner occupied, by the person on title. Can anyone give advice on how I should handle this?
