NYS Taxation & Finance Lien
I am planning to bid on a small commercial property that has a lien on it from the NYS Dept. of Taxation & Finance. I believe this is for payroll taxes that were filed without payment.
Will this "fall off" at foreclosure or, if I ere the successful bidder, would I be liable for the lien?
