Quicken Loans REO contact?

I would like to purchase a property (for cash) that has been foreclosed by Quicken Loans.  Public records show that it was scheduled to be auctioned on the courthouse steps on Nov. 2, but the county has no involvement with the sale or lack thereof.

I am unable to connect with the REO department. Does anyone happen to have a contact number for them? Or any other suggestions if I am off-base?
