Experience with Wells Fargo Short Sales
Hi everyone, I am trying to do a short sale on a property. The house is in a pretty poor shape and the owner has no money to do any work to it. He is also defaulting on his HELOC (he doesn't have a mortgage, house was bought in cash). The HELOC is from Wells Fargo and we just activated the short sale process and I wanted to check in and see if anyone has experience with short sales with Wells Fargo and what to expect from this process. Any advice on how to make this process as smooth as possible would be much appreciated.
