Looking for Private Lenders for Commercial Deal

My husband and I are trying to save a business before it goes on the auction block in Nov. This is the property http://woltz.com/803/index.htm We have a crowd funding campaign running but it just doesn't appear it's going to help us raise the money we need. Does anyone have any suggestions for us on raising the funds we need to make this happen. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Valerie,

If you are trying to acquire the property, Private money may be what you need. For this particular type of asset, you would most likely need at least 40 to 50% equity. Do you have all the financials? Is it still operating?

Best,

Jacob
