Hello - I'm new and would like to learn how to purchase an investment property using a commercial loan and have no idea how this works or if this is possible. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have one MF in San Diego and I probably won't buy another. The work and capital invested versus return is so painfully low. But, it depends on what the goal is. If it is cash flow, then no look out of state. If it is appreciation then yes it could be a good place to be.

Just my personal opinion.
