Building rental cabins on leased land

Hello great day, does anyone have experience in building cabins on land that is leased out? I am looking to build cabins on a vacation destination area; working with a non profit organization that has a lease on the land. They are willing to do long term lease of the land with me to build cabins for vacationers to stay in. What is a good legal structure platform to go off of on doing this. Does anyone have recommendations on a good law firm that will help set up the terms and cover all aspects of the deal. Thank you all for your help.
