Taken under the wing with commercial real estate

I’m aware that I’ve got some work ethic - I’m laser focused to the path I’ve got to be on so here I am inquiring for a mentor. I HAVE NOT FINISHED SCHOOL! NO! With that said I’ve got a story to tell. I’ve soaked up all I could about financial education for the last 3 years and I’m just 21 right now

@Eduardo Leal, I would look at jobs within CRE. The major brokerages are always hiring various positions. The major investment houses have employees too. With the right company, you can get experience, make connections, have bosses with more experience than you to help you grow your knowledge and experience, all while receiving a paycheck to continue living.

My first job was fresh out of school and taught me far more than I could have learned on my own.  While also giving experience in finance, operations, opened networking opportunities, etc.  They also hired interns that had not yet completed a college degree.

I would look for the signs of who owns the office buildings, industrial parks, retail centers, etc around you.  Head to the website, find the careers page and click around. If you want to fast track your education, let someone else pay you while doing so, and you will be able to move to your own deals that much quicker.
