Commercial Property Advisors program
Has anyone here went through the Commercial Property Advisors program? What are your opinions about the validity of it?
They require 10k or more to be a partner to ensure that you will actually have skin in the game, but I would think that 10k would be better installed into a property to prove that I have skin in the game.
