I’m trying to learn more about purchasing Warehouse space in the Reno/Lake Tahoe/Sparks area. Would love to connect with people that have already done this in the past, even if it’s not in these markets. I’m curious about the analysis part, how to find tenants and what resources are out there to learn more about this this segment of the market in particular. Any help or direction is much appreciated!
