Short Term Commercial Retail Leasing for Higher ROI?
Hello everyone I am trying to feel out the commercial retail space and how current owners in the field feel about short term leasing, if you could answer some questions, that would be very helpful in my efforts:
What are the biggest barriers when it comes to short-term leasing?
What part of the process irritates you the most?
Or, why do you abstain from short-term leasing?
How frequently are short-term leases done for commercial retail such as (days/weeks/month)?
Do you think that they are the future of commercial retail?
What are your thoughts on short-term leasing?
Is it just seasonal or year-round?
