Commercial Mortgage Rates - what's best source for latest info
I recently closed a restaurant building purchase transaction as part of a 1031 exchange. In a couple of months I would like to go for a cash-out refinance so I have a few questions.
1. Instead of talking to individual mortgage brokers every time I want to check the rate, is there a way I can look up these rates for a particular investment type (say, restaurant building) with mortgage duration, credit score, etc? I am okay with pegging to a rate for my risk profile (like 1.5% more than prime, etc).
2. Is there a tracking indicator to see how these rates are changing month over month and year over year? I feel like I am not able to see macro trends because of how specific each mortgage is made out to be.
