Hi All, I have 20 years + of experience , licensed realtor and property manager for commercial real estate on Vancouver Island and specialize in Commercial real estate sales and leasing . I have divesting out of my residential portfolio with great success and returns and have  focused on the light industrial sector buying sites rather than selling them to others.
