Rehab 22 unit cost advice?

Hi everyone!  My wife and I are in the early stages of our real estate investment journey!  I wanted to put some feelers out there and see if anyone had experience on motel renovations?  We are trying to get a rough idea of the per square foot cost of new floors(LVP), paint, bathrooms(complete gut and reno) and small balcony (retain, paint) for a 22 unit project we are looking into. The roos range from 350 to 550 sq ft. I can get an idea on the cost of materials but labor expectations is a big unknown to us.  I realize that walking the property with a contractor is going to be the best plan of action for real numbers, but any prelim info so we can get into the mindset of real expectations would be much appreciated!
