Rural commercial deal valuation
Hello all,
I have the chance to buy a commercial real estate property in a small town (2,500 population) in the Midwest. The property has 2 filled office spaces and 3 filled apartments upstairs.
I’ve only ever evaluated/invested in single family properties. What are some things I should keep in mind? Are there any important metrics I should look at aside from how I typically evaluate single family units?
