Assistance in selling comercial/apartment business

Hello guys. I’m trying to help my father make a good decision in selling his commercial property. He has gotten bad advice in the past from lawyers and people that took advantage of him when he initially started. If you guys could give me some advice on who to contact and speak to to get help. I want to make sure he gets advice on how to sell and transfer to something else. From what i know he has a C Corp and has a lot capital gains to pay. He started with a restaurant, sold it then purchased the building. I want him to be able to get sound advice on changing the corporation if possible when he sells and possibly completes a 1031 exchange. Perhaps separate from his partner as well. Sorry I’m not to knowledgeable with everything. I want to get involved now to help run the business now as they were poorly managed. Everything was well until covid when money stopped flowing in. Now it a little bit of a struggle. Thanks guys.
