Hey BP! after doing some networking ive befriended someone who has access to capital. He and I are interested in NNN commercial real estate. What is the best place to start looking for those properties? Im already aware of Loopnet and those other sites. Im looking for creative ways to find off market deals? Maybe title companies? HELP!
