Long term stay motel
I'm looking at buying a motel. The original plan was to remodel it into full apartments. It looks like the odds of being able to rezone are slim to none. Now I'm trying to figure out if it's feasible to still do the remodel , but operate it as month to month rentals under a motel license. Does anyone have any experience with this type of business model?
