New to CRE investing ,looking for advice in getting started
Hello,
I am looking for advice and what i need for getting started in CRE investing, i understand this is probably a very broad question but anything help. I have no prior real estate experience. I have done some research and had most interest in the industrial asset class but unsure of what cap rate, price range as well as what type of lease. i am currently located on the east coast but plan to move to Las Vegas/Henderson NV area.

Not all industrial is created equal. You want to educate yourself on the market and the business. Rates are going to vary in different markets based on the different types and class of buildings you’re looking at. One thing you can do is start reviewing offering memorandums of properties for sale to get to know the markets the building types metrics etc.
