CRE Owner Contact Intelligence Help

Keenan Soares
Posted

We are looking for some help (consultant structure or otherwise) in navigating the noisy world of online CRE property intelligence data sites. More specifically, data that provides good property owner/tenant contact info. Bonus: contact data (email/phone) for CRE brokers in a particular area.

We receive a set of criteria and markets for real estate from our investors and its up to us to narrow in on the properties that meet those parameters. We then need to get our pitch out to the property owners but are getting a ton of bad contact data. I realize that CRE contact data is harder to come by bc individuals are hidden behind corps etc, but it does work... Im just looking for better data resources.

Right now we use Costar and Reonomy. We are testing out Spokeo but it has proven to be must less accurate. Hoping to find someone that lives in this arena and can provide some guidance.
