Commercial investors, for those of you looking for niches in which to invest, here's a blog I wrote on Medical Office Space. Ed O. Will Barnard you asked me to let you know when I wrote this. http://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog/2013/03/21/medical-office-buildings-investments/

Rich Weese Check out the rendering of the building Michael is designing (it's an 11,000 sq. ft. medical office building we plan to build in Fullerton, CA just down the street from St. Judes. It will be a condo project, allowing us sell individual units to investors) This isn't an ad, it's not on the market.... yet. ;)
