Commercial Lending Info

I am looking at a mixed-use property that has a commercial unit below and two residential units above. I am told this makes it a commercial lending situation. Can you suggest some good online resources I can go to to get a quick overview of commercial lending? The lender I spoke with used several terms I wasn't familiar with from the residential world and said the loan application would need to include a packet of info showing the building is making money.
