Best State to Incorporate Holding Company

Hello All,

I am in the process of forming a company and I need to find the best State to form my company in. I hear from different people that Delaware and Wyoming are good for the holding company. However I would like to hear more opinions. My goal is to have a holding company that will manage the individual companies that will hold real estate.

And please refer any business formation attorney you may have.

Curious to hear your thoughts,

Brian G.
