Hey guys, I'm looking at my first deal. Approximately 8000 square feet and 65 units. It's a class C property in the midwest. 2019 gross rents were $36,255 with profit being $23,302. Asking price is 300,000. I'd love to hear your thoughts on it. Thank you in advance. :)
