HI @Mariu Dava!  Welcome to the BiggerPockets community!  In general the best way to find real estate agencies in an area is to check with some of the largest operators around the world (for residential that may be Keller Williams, ReMax, Century 21, ERA, and in some areas Sothebys, etc) and in Commercial that is likely CBRE and a few other companies.  If one of these large operators has someone in your area that would be a good place to start.

Otherwise I would say that Google is your friend here.  If you search "your town + real estate agent" you are bound to find a list of agents that serve your immediate area.

Good luck, Mariu!
