Recommended Methods of Finding Commercial Cash Buyers?

Alec Minello
Posted

Hello all.

I recently started getting involved in "wholesaling" commercial properties. I have experience with residential properties, but when it comes to finding buyers for multi-million dollar commercial properties like hotels and gas stations, it's a bit of a new game to me. I am not a licensed agent or broker, so will be relying on receiving a "finders-fee".

So to those that have experience in this field, what are some recommended methods that you would suggest I try to find commercial buyers? I have posted on Facebook pages and groups as that is my primary method of finding cash buyers for residential properties, but any other suggestions are welcomed.

Thanks,

Alec
