Commercial Property - Barber Shop

Jacob Johnson
Posted

Never really dealt with commercial tenant(s) or property. I had seen some that I may be interested in occupied as a barbershop. What are you guys thoughts on those type of tenants?

-Cash paying tenants?

-Steady stream of income?

-Recession proof business?

Thanks.

Yes a barbershop is a great tenant to have. Not completely recession proof and they can always operate from home if they can’t afford rent. Also they will generally  not be a cash paying tenant and their customer base is not always cash either these days.
