Tried & true commercial property manager in San Diego you love??

Hello! Looking for a commercial property manager in the San Diego area. Half of the properties are in National City, and the other half in Old Town.

This is the first time we're looking outside our own family for a property manager, and looking to the BP community for recommendations for PM that have proven reliable/trustworthy/good value, etc.
