Advice On Advertising for a Lease Space

I have a space open up in my building and I'd like to make sure I'm doing everything I can to generate interest and get it filled.

Any suggestions? On what I should put, or not put in the on-line adverts? Is it worth to advertise with the local newspaper?

I have a sign up but, I'm considering ordering a larger banner sign. I put it on Craigslist, and am putting it up on various sites around the web.
