What Passive Investment Streams do you have??

I was thinking today it would be interesting to do a topic on passive real estate.

I was trying to think of passive investments that would require a short time to pick back up you deposit and then have the stream in place.

I came up with billboards, cell towers, discounted notes, etc.

Triple net is passive as well but I am talking about taking cash and getting back within a set period of time and not having to wait years to get your initial investment back.
