"Fire" a Super upon acquisition??
Hi Everybody! I am looking at a 9 unit deal where everything is great except the current super seems a little nuts. Can I "fire" her upon acquisition, or can she be protected by an existing term contract? I've read you might even be able to evict an existing super if she is getting free rent, totally within okay of anti-eviction act.
Thanks in advance.
