Where do i get a contract for me & the seller to sign? Do I write up one of my own or is there somebody I go to to get it from?

I think Bill Gulley is asking if I can just give this same answer for similar questions. I do, but I don't cut and paste it. Its faster to just type an answer than track down a similar one and cut and past it.
