Two Questions Regarding Master Lease Agreement Transactions

Hi All,

I'm of course working with my counsel on crafting something unique to my situation but I wanted to see if anyone would be willing to share a copy of their master lease agreement that includes a purchase option?

I was also interested in finding out from those who have done one of these successfully if you handled all details in the Master Lease Agreement or also drafted a Sales and Purchase Agreement and simply had each refer to the other?

 Most important thing is finding a reasonable real estate attorney to draft this for you that has experience in doing such. I would recommend a commercial real estate investment brokerage firm for a referral. Build a relationship with them (not just a residential real estate brokerage) and see who they can recommend.
