How to get loans for rental property without a job?

I just quit my 9-5 job to get into rehabbing properties and refi to cash out then rent all units. But how can I refi without personal income, just with the property cash flow?

You won't get a mortgage without proof of income. You have to claim your income from rental properties or whatever business income you may have. If this is your first property, you may need to find another job or get real creative.
