Monthly Cash Flow Question for existing Self Storage Owner

I have a question, we just tour a deal today and we are about to execute PSA next week!!! Quick question for you guys. What are typical cash flows per unit most investors see monthly that you pay yourself monthly? Is there a formula? I know how to calculate on the multi-family side, but not on the Self Storage side.
