Investing in stock options in a NNNReit Company

Does anyone have experience investing in NNN Reits? Or buying stocks in companies that buy Commercial properties. The reason I am asking is that I came across this site https://www.nnnreit.com and would like to know if anyone have any experience with this type of investment.
