Hello, I need a commercial build out for an office space of 3500Sqft. Looking for direction and recommendations for general contractor to help with full construction. Current general contractor seems to be way high especially for a 2ndi ne generation site. i need new carpet, paint, 3 offices build out. and a phony wall. thanks.
