Cash Investor looking to invest in DFW for income+Capital gain
Hi All,
My first post here.
- I have a friend who wants to provide me cash to invest in DFW, TX market.
- Goal is some furture proof income (think residential multiunits or strip mall) PLUS capital gain.
- I understand strip malls are prone to be failed but residential apartments are not?
- Any particular area I should focus in DFW?
- Amount he is willing to loan me: $1.5M +
- Should I split it into strip mall and some apartment building?
- He will be silent partner and I will be doing all the work, how the profit should split?
