Looking For Self Storage Advice

I am really interested in getting into the self storage industry. I know very little at the moment and am in the very beginning stages of trying to get started on this journey. I was wondering if you had any tips or any suggestions on how I should or could get started in this industry. Literally anything helps. Anything as in books I could read, videos I could watch, absolutely any help would be appreciated.
