How to value Opportunity Zone commercial properties?
We have commercial property (land) in Southern Arizona that has been designated in the "Opportunity Zone".
The opportunity zone funds is a great investment vehicle for long term investors---but how do we put a increase in "value" on the
property? Some reports have indicated properties that have been designated in the opportunity zone funds have increased by
20-22%? We have current value at approx. $3 Million. The program is fairly new and how do you gets comps for this possible increase?
