Buy a property in Italy and legal issues

Hi everybody!

Just found this website! I'm looking for a property in Italy, but I need some advices. I found a consultant

(this) that I bealive can help me with the legal issues, but I would like to know if someone has ever bought a (little) property in Italy: if yes, could you tell me wich are the main legal problems to consider to buy a second property?
